The Administrative Assistant is responsible for providing support in a highly multi-task environment.
Faxing, copying, filing
Schedule and coordinate meetings
Schedule, book, and coordinate travel
Miscellaneous administrative responsibilities for supervisor and staff as needed
Build basic excel spreadsheets
Handle gratis 3rd party licensing requests
Create reports from licensing system as needed
Assist with contract administration as needed
Complete and follow-up on special projects and tasks
Help as a team player with entire department as needed
Other duties as assigned by management
Ability to juggle multiple projects and meet deadlines
Ability to work independently and take initiative
Proficient with Word, Excel, Power Point, and Outlook
Proficient internet research skills
Professional demeanor interacting with in-house staff and outside clients
Positive attitude, good communication skills and enthusiastic team spirit
Experience in the entertainment business (especially music) preferred, but not required
