Job Description: Administrative support to Apple sales team in the area of account management and service with additional sales-focused responsibilities. Job Functions: • Sales and Reporting Support: a) Weekly merchandising and placement reports with entry to MOPS b) Report all accepted sales titles to labels and act as liaison with Sales Administration for campaign pricing updates c) Coordinate business reviews and assist with Artist Showcases d) Promotion redemption reporting e) Coordinate appropriate intern projects with Direct Report and Intern Manager f) Competitive label and account research and reporting g) Assist with various projects as needed h) SoundScan reporting requests i) iTunes LP administrative management • Customer Service: a) Publish bi-weekly release schedules, marketing and touring information to account b) Track all rush delivery products and report status, Apple ID, links to account, label and eCommerce c) Provide digital assets requested by account d) Provide ad-hoc store links as requested by Labels e) Compile and publish weekly market share reports • Tracking Information: a) Administer weekly street date checks (includes pre-checks) b) Monitor and report preorder performance c) Monitor and report free tracks performance d) Reconcile, monitor, track and report all account sales to Business Analysis (including ad-hoc and competitive sales) Job Requirements: • Excellent skills in PowerPoint, Excel, Word, iTunes Application • Familiarity with Apple suite of products • Excellent knowledge and application of Internet resources • Excellent knowledge and inherent understanding of digital and mobile products / product consumption • Excellent attention to detail • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Ability to interact comfortably and effectively with employees at all levels within our company • Proactively perform responsibilities with remote management • Excellent organizational skills
