Mid-Level Marketing/Event Management position available for someone who wants to be in the field of Culture Marketing and Events. Work is in all areas of culture including: art and fashion with a strong emphasis on entertainment (not including music). The company is fast paced, with cutting edge clients and we are looking for energetic, self motivated individuals who want to continue to grow with us.
Responsibilities include:
• Identify and incorporate our brands into high profile events taking place in and around New York City.
• Managing internal event staff as well as on site event staff including bartenders, rental companies and any other necessary vendors.
• Work with outside partners to provide event support which includes: hiring bartenders, managing infrastructure deliveries and requests.
• Coordinating with venue staff to ensure all event needs are met
• Working with Relationship Managers and Directors from the Los Angeles office to provide event support in New York.
• Attending staff meetings and assisting with various other projects.
Candidate must be computer savvy, have excellent communication skills and the ability to work in a fast paced environment. They must also have strong entertainment (not including music) and event related contacts, as well as a great knowledge of New York City, The Hamptons and surrounding boroughs.
This is NOT a Music position.
Must haves:
Contacts in all areas of the Entertainment Industry
Event Experience
Experience in the Entertainment Industry
College Degree
