Job Description: The Contract and Sales Analyst position will act in a capacity to assist the sales department staff with contract creation, revision and administration, tracking of various music uses, general sales support, sales/opportunity analysis/reporting, and work to ensure database integrity. They will also be expected to work very closely with the Operations VP and Sales VP on special projects that arise. Essential Duties and Responsibilities They must be able to handle multiple projects simultaneously and be proficient with the company’s software programs and typical software programs utilized in an office and sales environment, including but not limited to: Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and Adobe Acrobat. More specifically, but not limited to; 1.) Creation of the initial license agreements in adherence to turnaround guidelines and client requirements. 2.) Work with the Account Executives, clients, Business Affairs representatives, and VP of Operations on modifications to agreements 3.) Tracking client’s music uses. Tracking of music used on various broadcast and cable networks, films, advertising, gaming, etc. 4.) Provide daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual sales reports that measure sales metrics 5.) Assist Account Executives with supporting client services to ensure clients’ needs are met to the highest of quality standards 6.) Research and analyze various markets and companies to uncover new sales opportunities. 7.) Assist Vice President (Operations or Sales) with administrative tasks as assigned.
