Universal Music Group is currently looking for a TTemporary Executive Director, Family Marketing for our Universal City offices.
Temp will fill in for ED, Family Marketing at Vivendi and oversee the brand management of several key family brands including:
• Classic Media
• Big Idea / Veggie Tales
• Nelvana/ Beyblades
• Sid and Marty Krofft
• A-squared Entertainment
• Dargaud / Garfield
• Shout! Factory / Various family products
Responsibilities will include:
• Brand Partner Management
• Plan and Execute National Marketing Strategy
• Liaison with Retail Marketing, Creative, Operations, Sales, etc regarding key business
• Execute cross-promotions with Studio Partners and their branded Partners (ie, Hasbro)
• Lead planning for 2011 holiday releases
• Oversee manager on family business
• And more.
Timeframe (pending actual maternity leave start):
• Temp assignment begins: April 25 (to allow for 2 week overlap to prep)
• Temp assignment ends: September 9 (to allow for 1 week overlap on return)
Job Requirements: Ideal Experience
• Marketing Director in home video space
• Knowledge and familiarity with Family product and marketing
