Job Description: Audio Post Production company needs someone to manage the company’s lobby area. Along with handling incoming calls (at times a large volume) and perform general administrative duties. Professional, positive attitude required. Greets and directs all visitors, including vendors and clients. Maintains facility up keep, including kitchen duty, organization of on and off-site storage and watering plants. Ensures completion of purchasing paperwork, inventory entry, sign-in and delivery procedures. Handles special administrative projects, as well as overflow work from other departments and executive assistants. NO PHONE CALLS!!! Must be able to operate basic office equipment and have 3+ years experience. Requires computer and data entry skills and strong knowledge of MAC and MAC programs. MUST be able to multi-task, have a willingness to learn, be dependable, punctual and have a positive attitude. First impressions are important in this industry and therefore a clean, presentable and neat demeanor is imperative! A high level of professionalism and confidentiality is crucial to this position; this is a NO DRAMA Facility!
