Responsible for developing and building promotional partnerships for the portfolio of Paramount Home Entertainment Products
RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Solicit and secure promotional partnerships for PHE key releases with emphasis on national and account specific retail promotions.
• Develop target partner list and ideas
• Coordinate promotional strategies with PHE brand teams
• Manage overall partner relationships including day-to-day communication and approvals.
• Supervise the development and execution of all partner creative including: premium items, packaging design, POP, Internet and media.
• Secure program buy-in and approvals from internal entities: Sr. mgmt., Brand teams, Legal, Production.
• Develop PowerPoint presentation and property pitches.
• Negotiate terms of promotional deals.
• Review deal points and contracts
• Provide program assessment and performance re-cap.
QUALIFICATIONS:
• Knowledge of consumer products promotions, entertainment / DVD industry and brand marketing.
• Minimum of 5 years experience in promotions field
• Ability to pitch to strategic partners and execute promotional programs.
• Ability to prepare and deliver sales presentations.
• Strong negotiating skills.
• Working knowledge of PowerPoint.
• Requires strong communication and organizational skills.
• Must posses overall leadership and management skills.
• Ability to multi-task
• Team orientation
• Strong work ethic and positive attitude
• Ability to build strong working relationships with outside contacts.
